Monday, December 1, 2008, Washington, DC: From December 1-7, Bambu Station will be performing for fans in select parts of Hawaii and California as part of their Chance to Grow Tour. Fans who have been anxiously awaiting the band’s arrival will also be introduced to Reemah (www.reemahmusic.com), the soulful voice featured on the single, Bambu Station produced single, Chance to Grow.
A native of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, based in Atlanta, GA, Reemah has been honing her skills for about five years. A chance meeting between her manager, and Bambu Station resulted in her being featured on the ” Chance To Grow” single and eventually being invited to tour with the band. When asked how she felt about being on tour for the first time and with Bambu Station, Reemah replied, “It’s a real blessing to be able to travel with Bambu Station and share my music. Things always have a way of happening in their own time and we are just happy to be a part of all of this.” In addition to the single, Reemah will be sharing music from her new EP release No Questions.
Founded in 1996 by lead singer Jalani Horton, Bambu Station’s sound and songs remain true to their core.
