Actor Mathew McConaughy is lending his van to rootsy Canadian artist Mishka (official website www.mishka.com).  In June, Mishka is touring the Western U.S. in support of reggae legend Gregory Isaacs and reggae up and comer Nasio.  The set will include songs from his latest release, “One Tree” on Cornerstone R.A.S., his classic eponymous self titled debut, Mishka, and songs from his yet untitled next record.

McConaughy has been a constant supporter of Mishka showing up at gigs in LA and mentioning Mishka in People Magazine when he won Sexiest Man Alive in 2005.

Mishka and Matthew have grown close over the last couple years with Matthew visiting Mishka and his family at their winter home in the Caribbean on the island of Nevis in Winter 2005 and Mishka staying with McConaughy at his estate in the Hollywood Hills when he comes to Los Angeles.
