
MF Burrowes releases his fourth album. Burrowes who made his first debut album release back in 1997 with "Tribute to the World" which was followed by "Africa on my mind," and "The Struggle Goes On To Set My People Free" is back with his fourth album "We Are Concerned".
The album "We Are Concerned" features seventeen brand new inspirational tracks from this innovative singer. Burrowes who migrated to the United States from Jamaica in 1987, brought his first taste of success with the 1989 single "She Rules", a song based on the personal set backs he experienced during his first years in America. Released by an independent label, that included a music video, this single sold thousands of copies and enjoyed wide radio play. In 1991 he released "Don’t Discriminate" which he touched on the AIDS epidemic, which was and still is facing the world.
In this new album "We Are Concerned", Burrowes sings of the poverty and the hunger that the world faces today; especially in a country such as Ethiopia were he spent a period of time gathering inspiration to compose this new album. "We Are Concerned" the title track of the album Burrowes brings awareness and concern to the problems which is facing humanity today such as war, poverty, and diseases.
