While in Winnipeg, Steele made it his priority to meet with the ladies of the Jamaican Association of Winnipeg, this brought about an in-depth discussion about the importance of cherishing ones heritage. This meeting was both humorous and very informative.
Representatives from his MOBS label, took time to fill outstanding orders for the Uncorrupted CD at local record outlets. Steele also met with radio personalities who have helped push his album to a level of recognition in that area. Big Up to DJ Vibesman and Stamina, total respect every time.
The Juno?s was a great opportunity to meet and greet many fellow musicians and influential people in the industry. Warmth and appreciation was expressed for every genre represented at this function, however there is still a lot more work to be done to bring reggae music to the greatest level of recognition in that market place.
The Journey continues and Steele promises to keep hitting you with great reggae music, afterall that?s his mission.
As usual, Steele wishes to thank his family, fans and all media personalities for their continued support, it is always greatly appreciated and respected.
