Senator Breaux represented the 7th District of Louisiana for 14 years before being elected to fill Senator Russell Long’s seat in 1986. He is now set to retire and will be sent off with a “Caribbean Beach Bash” at the New England Aquarium. The event is just part of the parties that go along for the convention, which opens on July 26, according to Reuters News.
